Search Engine Optimization is an important method you can use to efficiently compete with others in your field. You need to identify those who are on top of the search engine lists, determine what did they do to be there and bit the competition.
Search engine users are some of the most qualified and motivated visitors to your web site you will ever have. If you want high rankings on Google, Yahoo and other major search engines then you must :
1. Optimize your web pages 2. Build good inbound links. Do this 2 things and you will be on top!
Optimizing your Pages:
Simply: Get the domain name with your Primary Key Word in it. Buy only .com, .net or .org.
To prepare your page for SE Indexing you need to choose 2 Keywords per page (main and secondary), include them in the Title of your page and 1-2 timed in the body. Have at least 2 of your internal pages have links to each one of your pages using those key words. Make Sure your URLs care the key words – not indexes and numbers. Build minimum 35 pages (250-500 words) of unique and interesting to read content. Name your images using your key words and add same “alt” tags to them.
Link building Strategy:
Build on average 50 incoming links for each of your optimized pages. The best proven tactic with Angkor and Alt tags is: optimize about 60% of the incoming page links for the main phrase and then spread out the other 30% of the links to other similar phrases
